Mr. D.P. Naganand, 57, has been appointed as Additional Director on 16th April 2007. He joined the Zee Group in February 2000 as Chief Executive Officer of Econnect India Limited (at the time, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zee).
He is a B.Tech from I.I.T. Kharagpur, M.B.A. from the University of Ontario and an AMP from Harvard University. He has more than 30 years experience working in various capacities in ITC. Prior to joining the Zee Group he was the head of the Corporate Strategic Planning Department of ITC, Calcutta.
