Mr. Sudhir Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of Wire and Wireless (I) Ltd., flagship of Essel Group. A first generation technocrat and serial entrepreneur with his singular objective of creating World Class projects blended with an Indian essence today have come to be known as the “platform creator” in the Indian corporate sector. He spearheads WWIL offices across India.

Prior to joining Wire and Wireless (India) Ltd., Mr. Sudhir Agarwal honed his platform creation expertise with Haier Telecom (Pvt.) Ltd., where he was President - India and SAARC. Besides Haier, Mr. Agarwal’s previous appointments include Director - Sales at Motorola, COO at Bharti Televentures, Regional Director at Xerox and National Sales Head at Philips – India’s consumer durables division.

Mr. Agarwal brings with him over 18 years of rich experience in commercial and marketing management with big names in telecommunication, consumer electronics and office automation. Widely acknowledged for his innovative business style, Mr. Agarwal made enduring contributions to business models in all his appointments.

Mr. Agarwal attended school at Delhi Public School, R.K.Puram and St Xavier's Patna. Graduated from University of Delhi and PGDBM from IMT Ghaziabad and has completed Advanced Management Program from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2006. As outside interests he enjoys sports, reading and music (was a DJ with youth division of All India Radio during college days). He is happily married to his wife Sharon, daughter Sonalika and son Sahil.
